The information depends on the service you use, and we do not ask for information unrelated to piano study, teacher applications or member services.

• Lesson and student applications: name, age, guardian, phone, WeChat, email, preferred studio, learning stage, goals and preferred dates.
• Teacher applications: identity and contact details, city, teaching experience, education, specialties, teaching philosophy and preferred contact time.
• Teaching and account services: account details, studio, student number, lesson package, schedule, attendance, feedback, homework, practice and necessary audit records.
• Mini Program and notices: login sessions, encrypted WeChat recipient identifiers, subscription consent and information needed for booking, account, schedule and balance notices.
• Security and operations: network address, browser or device details, verification results, access records and email-delivery status used to prevent abuse and diagnose faults.

We use information to answer enquiries, arrange lessons, create and maintain accounts, synchronize lesson records across student, teacher and administrator workspaces, send service notices, protect the service and meet legal obligations.

Account notices are resolved only by a unique account identifier, never by fuzzy matching a name, phone number or email address. WeChat recipient identifiers are stored in encrypted form.

We do not sell personal information or use lesson and application details for unrelated advertising profiles.

For a student under 14, a parent or guardian should read this policy and submit the application on the child's behalf. The guardian confirms that they are authorized to provide the information and consent to its use for the enquiry and teaching service.

We do not intentionally request identity documents, facial data, school records or unrelated family information from children.

We use a limited number of hosting, database, email, verification, storage, security and WeChat platform providers. The service may currently use Vercel, Resend, Cloudflare and WeChat, which receive only the information required to perform their function and operate under their own security and privacy terms.

Some providers may be established or process data outside mainland China. Where applicable law requires separate consent or another safeguard, we will complete that step before enabling the relevant processing. We do not disclose information to unrelated parties unless authorized, required by law or necessary to protect personal safety and property.

We retain information for the shortest period needed for the stated purpose. Unneeded enquiry records are periodically reviewed; active member and teaching records remain while the service continues, while lesson, finance, security or legal records may be retained longer where required. We then delete, anonymize or restrict the information to storage and necessary protection.

We use access controls, authentication, encrypted transmission, controlled databases, audit records and backups. No internet service can promise absolute security; if an incident may affect your rights, we will take remedial action and notify you as required.

You may ask to access, correct, copy or delete information, withdraw consent, close an account or receive an explanation of our practices. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing completed before withdrawal, and deletion may be limited by outstanding lessons, disputes, finance or legal retention duties.

We will verify the requester's identity or guardianship relationship and respond within a reasonable period.

The website may use cookies required for login sessions, basic Vercel Analytics usage measurements and Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. You can manage cookies in your browser, although disabling essential cookies may affect login or submission.

To exercise a privacy right, report a security concern or ask about a specific provider, contact the course advisor using the email, phone or WeChat details below. We may update this policy when services or laws change and will provide a prominent notice for material changes.
